Dimensional letters & CNC routing
Channel letters, routed letters and logos for building fronts and walls, plus CNC routing for custom shapes and parts.

Dimensional letters give a sign depth and shadow, so a name reads clearly from across the parking lot. We make channel letters for building fronts and flat-cut and routed letters and logos for walls inside and out.
Our CNC router cuts letters, logos and shapes in-house from a range of materials. We also cut parts to a customer's file for other trades and makers.

Sizes & timeline
Sizes
Letter height depends on viewing distance. As a rough rule, every inch of letter height reads well from about 10 feet away.
Timeline
Non-lit letters are typically ready in about 2 to 3 weeks, and lit channel letters in about 4 to 6 weeks, after proof approval and permits.
Common questions
What's the difference between channel letters and flat-cut letters?
Channel letters are built with depth and can be lit from inside. Flat-cut letters are cut from a single sheet and are not lit, which makes them a good fit for interiors and daytime signs.
Can you cut parts for my own project?
Yes. Send a vector file and the material and we'll quote the routing.
Do building letters need a permit?
Usually, plus landlord approval. We handle both.
Can you match our logo exactly?
Yes. We work from your logo file, or redraw it if you only have a low-resolution copy.
